Enabling therapists of specific health domain specialists to use high-technology platforms and share their scenarios and findings in an online community.
By: Jan Gillesen, Stijn Boere and more, in cooperation with TU Eindhoven, Dr. Leo Kannerhuis
The main technology platform was a robot assistant (the humanoid NAO robot), that was used for behavioral therapy for children with autism spectrum disorders. Scenarios were made for the robot in close cooperation with the Dr. Leo Kannerhuis. The end goal was to enable the therapists to develop and program their own scenarios with the robot to use in therapy sessions using a simple interface and programming language.
